Last updated 1 November 2026

We respect creators. If you believe something on Synaplogy infringes your copyright, tell us and we will look into it promptly.

How to send a notice

Email dmca@synaplogy.com with all of the following:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
  • The exact web address (URL) of the material you want removed.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

When a complete notice reaches us we may remove or disable the material and notify the person who posted it. Please be honest: knowingly making false claims can lead to legal liability.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, email dmca@synaplogy.com with the URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, consent to the courts of your location, and your signature. If the original complainant does not file a court action, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
